Now, do one of the following to "delete cookies":
- If you see "MSIE 7.0" in the bold text above: Select menu Tools->Delete browsing history. Click 'Delete cookies', then click Yes. Restart Internet Explorer and login should work.
- If you see "MSIE 6.0" in the bold text above: Select menu Tools->Options, then click 'Delete cookies' on the General tab. Click OK. Restart Internet Explorer and login should work.

If you can't find the Tools menu, press Alt+T and it should show.
